#Augustyogajam Day 7: Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)
20 minutes till midnight, so I’m just in time!
This is definitely not my best pose, I generally need to improve on backbends, and it’s getting better - but I don’t think my inflexible left thigh does much good either. But I’m thankful for yoga helping me get over my injruy
(And I now realize I placed my hands incorrectly, whoops)
